HEALTH CARE SPHERE AS AN OBJECT OF CRIMINAL ENCROACHMENT: TERMINOLOGYCAL AND CONCEPTUAL DESCRIPTION
Abstract
У процесі дослідження визначено етимологічні, праксеологічні та методологічні
засади формування термінів і понять, що відображають криміногенні процеси у
сфері охорони здоров’я. Зроблено класифікацію, уточнення наявних і розробку нових
трьох груп термінів і понять, що формують уявлення про: технологічно та юридично
значущі ознаки явищ та процесів у сфері охорони здоров’я; функціонально-діяльнісні
напрями охорони здоров’я, під виглядом яких вчиняються кримінальні правопорушення;
кримінологічні поняття, що відображають процес перетворення певних видів
діяльності у сфері охорони здоров’я у криміногенні процеси.
