DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF MARTIAL LAW
Abstract
У статті простежено динаміку вчинення домашнього насильства з початку
повномасштабного ведення бойових дій на території України. З’ясовано, що з початку
повномасштабного ведення бойових дій на території України та оголошення воєнного
стану показники офіційної статистики щодо фактів домашнього насильства
суттєво знизились. Досліджено особливості кримінологічної характеристики осіб, які
вчиняють домашнє насильство під час дії правового режиму воєнного стану. Описано
заходи запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству, застосовані під час дії
воєнного стану в Україні.
