PECULIARITIES OF CONDUCTING MASS GATHERINGS UNDER THE LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL LAW IN UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті висвітлено особливості проведення масових заходів під час воєнного
стану та розроблення пропозицій щодо уникнення жертв серед учасників масових за-
ходів, а також пошкоджень місць проведення таких заходів. Наголошено, що масові
заходи в період дії воєнного стану певною мірою є небезпечними, тому їх проведення
пов’язане з ризиком для життя і здоров’я громадян. Найбільш захищеними під час
проведення масових заходів у цей період можна вважати проведення таких заходів у
відповідних приміщеннях, наприклад, у метро тощо. Зроблено висновок, що органами
державної влади передбачені досить чіткі умови проведення масових заходів під час
воєнного стану.
