THE QUESTION OF THE NECESSITY OF CHANGING THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MILITARY LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE AND REPLACING IT BY THE MILITARY POLICE
Abstract
У статті зазначається, що в Україні, як і більшості держав світу, питання за-
безпечення правопорядку покладено на Національну поліцію. Саме Національна поліція
має досить широкі повноваження у сфері забезпечення публічного порядку та публіч-
ної безпеки. Для здійснення завдань з охорони публічного порядку та публічної безпеки
Національна поліція має відповідні повноваження, визначені в законодавстві України.
Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності створення системи військової юстиції та
військової поліції як її головного органу.
