NORMATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATIONS APPLYING POLICE COERCIVE MEASURES IN UKRAINE
Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню нормативно-правового регулювання застосу-
вання поліцейських заходів примусу в Україні. На основі аналізу вітчизняного законо-
давства виявлено проблемні питання, що стосуються розбіжності між вживанням
термінів «використання» та «застосування» поліцейських заходів примусу. Зазначено
на необхідності розроблення єдиного нормативно-правового акта, який би містив чіт-
кий механізм реалізації застосування заходів примусу працівниками Національної по-
ліції. З метою вдосконалення нормативного закріплення застосовування поліцейських
заходів примусу запропоновано внести зміни до чинного законодавства України.
