LEGAL PROBLEMS OF GIVING AND RECEIVING CHARITABLE AID TO UKRAINE IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES
Abstract
У статті висвітлюється виникнення та розвиток технології блокчейн і фінансо-
во-правова сутність криптовалют, аналізується правове регулювання надання благо-
дійної допомоги Україні у криптовалютах, розкриваються проблеми, що з’явилися у
цій сфері.
Зроблено висновок, що для вирішення правових проблем надання благодійної до-
помоги Україні у криптовалютах необхідно створити правові підстави для обороту
віртуальних активів (до яких відносяться криптовалюти) на території України та
можливості надання благодійної допомоги у криптовалютах.
