URGENCY OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION FOR COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES TO PROPERTY LOST AS A RESULT OF HOSTILITIES IN THE POST-WAR PERIOD
Abstract
Російська збройна агресія проти України спричинила в нашій країні масові людські
жертви й величезну кількість проблем та збитків. У статті досліджено одну з таких
проблем, а саме: забезпечення з боку Української держави належної компенсації по-
страждалим збитків за втрачене внаслідок бойових дій майно.
Запропоновані конкретні заходи щодо усунення зазначеного ризику внутрішній без-
пеці України у післявоєнний період.
