RISK-BASED APPROACH TO FORESTRY THREAT ASSESSMENT
Abstract
У статті акцентовано увагу на сучасних проблемах розвитку лісового господар-
ства, зокрема на загрозах найширшого характеру, що стосуються господарської
діяльності, охорони, захисту та відновлення лісів. Аналіз проведено на основі оці-
нювання ризиків поширення 153 загроз, що були ідентифіковані експертною групою.
Розглянуто різні групи загроз, визначено на основі рівня ризику найзначніші з них, що
відображено графічно в діаграмах та у відповідних таблицях. Авторський підхід до
використаної методології забезпечив не лише якісне, а й кількісне оцінювання загроз,
що гарантує більш точний подальший їх аналіз. Наразі ризик-орієнтований підхід
вказує на наявність у лісовому господарстві системних загроз, що потребують біль-
шої активності менеджменту галузі та органів правопорядку.
