IDENTIFYING AND RESPONDING TO CYBER INCIDENTS AND CYBERATTACKS AS CYBERCRIME PREVENTION MEASURES
Abstract
У статті обґрунтовуються положення, на основі яких автори приходять до вис-
новку, що виявлення та реагування на кіберінциденти і кібератаки необхідно вважати
заходами запобігання кіберзлочинності. Розгорнуто розкрито особливості збирання та
збереження доказів, пов’язаних з кіберінцидентом, основні завдання процесу реагування
на кіберінциденти, першочергові настанови щодо процедур управління кіберінцидента-
ми, цілі управління кіберінцидентами, зміст процедур звітування про події інформацій-
ної безпеки / кіберінциденти тощо.
