AUTHORITY OF THE PROSECUTOR IN THE COURSE OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES
Abstract
У статті акцентується на окремих аспектах діяльності прокурора під час дізнан-
ня. Виокремлено особливості повноважень прокурора, що стосуються досудового роз-
слідування кримінальних проступків. Розглянуті повноваження прокурора в окремих
зарубіжних країнах у межах порівняльного методу. З метою надання рекомендацій
щодо удосконалення законодавчих норм проведено аналіз нормативно-правового регу-
лювання повноважень прокурора як процесуального керівника під час дізнання. Надано
пропозиції щодо удосконалення нормативно-правової регламентації діяльності проку-
рора та дізнавача у кримінально-процесуальному полі.
