CALCULATION OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION PERIODS FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCES
Abstract
Стаття присвячена особливостям обчислення строків досудового розслідування
кримінальних проступків. Визначені законодавчі хиби щодо порядку обчислення строків
досудового розслідування з моменту внесення відомостей про кримінальний проступок
в ЄРДР до моменту повідомлення особі про підозру. Констатовано, що чинним кримі-
нальним процесуальним законодавством врегульовані питання строків досудового роз-
слідування до дня повідомлення особі про підозру лише щодо злочинів та не визначено
питання щодо їх обчислення стосовно кримінальних проступків, які за своїм змістом є
менш тяжкими діяннями. Обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо внесення змін до Криміналь-
ного процесуального кодексу України з метою усунення цієї законодавчої прогалини.
