CONSTITUTIONAL BASES OF JUDICIAL ACTIVITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті висвітлюються конституційні основи діяльності судових органів в Азер-
байджанській Республіці та в Україні. Зазначається, що саме в судах відбувається
застосування правових норм, виписаних у конституціях, тому їхня діяльність має бути
відображена в основних законах республік. Визначаються відмінності в окремих по-
ложеннях конституційного статусу судової влади та діяльності судів в Україні і в
Азербайджанській Республіці, внесено окремі пропозиції щодо вдосконалення їхньої ді-
яльності.
