ACTIVITIES OF THE UKRAINIAN SSR POLICE IN COMBITING CRIME OF 1943–1944
Abstract
Досліджуються основні напрями діяльності органів міліції в Україні з протидії злочинності в один із періодів німецько-радянської війни, коли продовжилося визволення республіки від німецько-нацистської окупації (1943–1944 рр.). Висвітлено основні тенденції та чинники, що впливали на криміногенну ситуацію в цей період. Головна увага в роботі міліції в цей час приділялася протидії бандитизму й дезертирству, виявленню ухильників від мобілізації, боротьбі з мародерством, дібіганщиною, крадіжками та іншими кримінальними проявами, а також виявленню та притягненню до кримінальної відповідальності спекулянтів та розкрадачів державної власності.
