ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR OVERCOMING THREATS AND HAZARDS AFFECTING THE OPERATIONAL AND SERVICE ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE BORDER SERVICE OF UKRAINE IN THE MILITARY AND RECONSTRUCTION PERIOD
Abstract
У статті проведено аналіз підходів до основних умов та факторів, що впли-
вають на стан безпеки державного кордону в умовах сьогодення, досліджено
вплив цих умов та факторів на різні аспекти оперативно-службової діяльності
Державної прикордонної служби України. Окреслено загрози та небезпеки, які
впливають або можуть вплинути на діяльність Державної прикордонної служби
України під час війни та у відбудовний період. Для ефективного функціонування
органів охорони державного кордону, подолання зазначених небезпек та ризиків
та з метою розв'язання проблем, що впливають на оперативно-службову діяль
ність Державної прикордонної служби України у воєнний та відбудовний період,
було запропоновано комплекс відповідних правових, організаційних та фінансових
заходів.
