FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN GRANTING WORK PERMITS FOR FOREIGNERS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC)
Abstract
У статті досліджено зарубіжний досвід надання дозволу на роботу для
іноземців на прикладі Словацької Республіки. Розглянуто дозвіл на роботу як
документ, який дає право іноземцю на легальне працевлаштування в іншій країні
за умови наявності у такого іноземця підстави перебування. Авторами розглянуто
адміністративні процедури отримання дозволів на роботу різними категоріями
іноземців залежно від країни їх громадянства та виду дозволу на проживання
(перебування) у Словацькій Республіці. Здійснено порівняння адміністративних
процедур отримання дозволів на роботу для іноземців у Словацькій Республіці.
