DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF CRIMINAL AND OTHER OFFENSES IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SMALL MODULAR REACTORS AS NEW NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

У статті наголошується на перспективності реалізації в Україні проектів
з будівництва малих модульних реакторів. Водночас зазначається, що у процесі
освоєння бюджетних коштів на їх будівництво та подальше функціонування
можливі зловживання, які можуть проявлятися в корупції, завищенні вартості
проекту, присвоєнні, заволодінні, нецільовому використанні бюджетних коштів
тощо, тому вже зараз доцільно мати чіткий механізм виявлення цього нового
різновиду кримінальних правопорушень в атомній енергетиці.

Ключові слова: малі модульні (ядерні) реактори, атомна (ядерна) енерге-
тика, АЕС, експлуатуюча організація, енергомережі, викиди СО2, атомні енерго-
блоки (реактори), зловживання, корупція.
