SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF DETECTING CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES PERPETRATED AGAINST INSTITUTIONS OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES IN UKRAINE FALLING WITHIN CATEGORIES I AND II OF CRITICALITY IN THE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX
Abstract
У статті виокремлено особливості здійснення роботи оперативними працівни-
ками Департаменту стратегічних розслідувань Національної поліції України з
виявлення злочинів, що вчиняються у процесі використання бюджетних коштів
установами об’єктів критичної інфраструктури I та II категорій у паливно-
енергетичному комплексі. Надано типовий перелік і технологію вивчення фінансово-
господарських документів, які необхідно перевіряти оперативним працівникам для
отримання інформації про можливі кримінальні та інші правопорушення у зазначеній
сфері діяльності.
Ключові слова: паливно-енергетичний комплекс, ринок електричної енергії,
корупційні діяння, I та II категорії критичності, трейдери, публічні закупівлі,
зловживання владою та службовим становищем, легалізація (відмивання) злочинно
одержаних доходів, отримання неправомірної вигоди, службове підроблення,
шахрайство.
