The article examines the legal, theoretical, and practical aspects of managing the National Police during the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. It analyzes theoretical approaches to defining police management and reveals the impact of the legal regime of martial law on police management in Ukraine. The authors researched and analyzed police management practices, considering changes in the legal regulations governing the National Police during martial law.
