ON THE PLACE OF THE SPECIALIZED ANTI-CORRUPTION PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE IN THE SECURITY AND DEFENSE SECTOR OF UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті проаналізовано місце Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури
Офісу Генерального прокурора в секторі безпеки і оборони України відповідно
до чинного законодавства. Запропоновано внести зміни до Закону України “Про
національну безпеку України”, а також включити Національне антикорупційне бюро до
складу сектору безпеки і оборони і, таким чином, забезпечити законодавче закріплення
взаємодії Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури із сектором безпеки і оборони.
