CRUELTY TO ANIMALS: QUESTIONS ON ARTICLE 299 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE
Abstract
На прикладі статті 299 Кримінального кодексу України висвітлюються різнома-
нітні законодавчі помилки. Кінцевою метою відповідного критичного аналізу є спо-
нукання законодавця до відповідального, максимально продуманого підходу стосовно
конструювання кримінально-правових (й не лише) норм, такому підходу, що ґрунтуєть-
ся на глибокому знанні та розумінні КК України як системного утворення, врахуванні
взаємозв’язку усіх його положень між собою та нормами інших відповідних законів і
базовими постулатами суміжних наук.

яльність, мотиви, насильство, задоволення статевої пристрасті, конфіскація тварини.
