PECULIARITIES OF STATE REGISTRATION AND CIRCULATION OF MEDICINES UNDER THE LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL LAW
Abstract
У статті проаналізовані зміни у правовому регулюванні сфери державної
реєстрації лікарських засобів та їх обігу під час правового режиму воєнного ста
ну, особливості процедури реєстрації/перереєстрації лікарських засобів, питання
екстреної державної реєстрації лікарських засобів, відмови і скасування державної
реєстрації лікарських засобів, виробництво яких розташовано на території дер
жави-агресора, зміни щодо ввезення ліків, ліцензійних умов провадження госпо
дарської діяльності з виробництва лікарських засобів, оптової та роздрібної торгівлі
лікарськими засобами, імпорту лікарських засобів тощо.
