Political and Legal Phenomena as the Objects of Philosophy of Law’s Reflection (Semiotic Approach)

Abstract
The article deals with the prospects of the interaction and synthesis of the achievements of the various humanitarian disciplines – Philosophy of Law, Psychology, Legal Psychology, Logic, Theory of Culture, Sociology, Linguistics, Cybernetics, General Theory of Law, Political Science and others on the basis of semiotic analysis of social life. The author notes that the great importance is given to genesis of autonomous status of Semiotics of Law and active development of the legal methodology in the modern period. A lot of famous researches worked in this area as well as in the sphere of organizational efforts: Bernard S. Jackson, Roberta Kevelson, Jan M. Broekman, Anna Wagner, Jack M. Balkin, J. Karzo and other scientists. In recent times on the post-soviet space new lecturer courses in Semiotics by E. Nikitina, N. Mechkovskaya, E. Savelova, G. Tokarev, S. HrynyevaHrynevych, E. Sorokina and by other authors were published. In the context of the theme of analysis of political and legal phenomena as the objects of Philosophy of Law’s reflection special attention of researchers were deserved by the works on the History of Semiotics and Symbolic Interpretation of the Symbols of the Totalitarian Era (G. G. Pocheptsov, I. A. Lebedev), semiotic study of political and political-legal sphere (N. I. Khabibulina, A. A. Denisova, G. A. Rakhimov and A. G. Khabibulin, E. J. Sheygal, D. Bocharov, O. Balynska, T. I. Lutsyna, N. Kovkel, A. A. Merezhko, V. V. Rechitskiy, V. D. Titov and S. E. Zarkhina, V. Verenich, I. A. Chernov, N. V. Razuvaev, L. A. Kharitonov, I. L. Chestnov, A. E. Chernokov, V. Chistyakov, N. M. Yushina ) and analysis of potential capabilities of applications of decisions of Semiotics in the researching of modern life and social reality in general (Y. Romanenko, A. Chanturia). The content of the concepts of «Political and Legal Communication», «Political and Legal Mythology», «Political and Legal Universe», «Political and Legal Reality» is revealed in the context of modern Philosophy of Law’s and Semiotics of Law’s studies. The importance of these concepts for the solution of many legal problems at the present stage of Philosophy of Law and Semiotics of Law development is characterized and heuristic potential of these concepts is demonstrated. In summary, in the article it was claimed that the interest for semiotic research of Politic and Law (all elements of politic and legal reality) is growing together with involving in the field of semiotic analysis of new phenomena and spheres of social life. This fact caused the main feature of semiotics, which is that it allows you to see the ontological unity of any information processes, determined by using of signs in that processes, therefore, Semiotics of Law allows to reveal common anthropological principles, principles of functioning and features of the structural organization of social life due to the nature of human perception and reflection of the world.Downloads
