Abstract
The article under the headline «Criminal-legal characteristic of inducement to the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues» speaks about the study of criminal-legal characteristics of a crime under art. 315 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. At the beginning it deals with the relevance of the chosen topic. It is argued that the spread of drug abuse and drug addiction today is one of the most pressing concerns worldwide. These antisocial phenomena are a real threat to law and security of States, the health of not only individuals but entire Nations. The text provides statistics that the author commented. Then the author goes to the analysis of recent researches and publications devoted to the topic of drug trafficking. In the text the author describes the crime. The author analyses the notion of «inducement to drug consumption», the main provisions relevant to qualification of this type of crimes and distinguishing them from other criminal offences, gives many examples, refers to the laws of Ukraine. The article enumerates and analyses the laws concerning drugs. The text provides much information on opinions of other authors on the notion of inducement to use narcotic drugs and his qualifications. The author touches upon to the concept of advertising of drugs. And stresses that advertising of drugs is not actually controlled by the state and the drug traffickers have the opportunity to avoid responsibility for their illegal actions. To summarize the author writes about ways to improve the criminal-legal norms. Proposes to introduce criminal liability for illegal drug advertising. The author gives her own the notion of «inducement to drug consumption».Downloads
