General Characteristic of Professional Training of Officers of Operational Units
Abstract
In this article author recovered general characteristic professional training of officers of operational units in process of detecting and cessation of crimes. Professional activity of operational officers is realizing in an environment that is considered to be a "zone of increased danger" that is connected with risk to their life or health and sometimes – with risk to their families. Is a direct link between level of training of operational officer with ensuring personal safety and level of acquired professional knowledge, skills and abilities. Necessary condition for gaining high level of professionalism is forming positive motivation in mind of operational officer in issue of own realization in chosen profession. In this context, special attention is paid to the special training of operational officers for actions in extreme conditions and, most importantly, in the conditions of operational risk. Such training should be systematic and carried out throughout the whole service. Analysis of professional training of officers of operational units in process of detecting and cessation of crimes gives grounds for the conclusion that: in modern times, discovering of socio-psychological and organizational-pedagogical conditions of development of professional training young officers of operational units is very actual and should be should be considered in the context of an integrated, systematic approach and advanced design of the process of interaction of external and internal conditions for development of professional training, professional development. Structural characteristics of process of professional training should be considered, highlighting in this the following semantic components: professional suitability, professional orientation, professional training, professional adaptation, self-determination in the profession, professional development, professional competence.
