Abstract
In this floor the features of co-operation of operative and consequence subsections open up an author in the process of exposure, stopping and investigation of illegal benefit, some ways of their improvement are offered. The grounds of co-operation of operative subsections and investigators open up at an exposure, stopping and investigation of illegal benefit, viokremleno and the forms of co-operation of investigator and operative workers are described: judicial and organizational (unjudicial). It is marked that, the basic difference of the noted forms is that the judicial forms of co-operation are based on the norms of the Criminal code of practice, and organizaciyni is the methods of connection between an investigator and workers of the authorized operative subsections. Grounded, that effective co-operation of operative and consequence subsections in the process of exposure, stopping and investigation of illegal benefit, is the mortgage of success from achievement of the so-called principle of «running back of interests». It is offered making alteration and additions in Instruction from organization of co-operation of organs of pre-trial investigation with other organs and subsections of internal affairs in warning, exposure and investigation of criminal offences.Downloads
