Abstract
У статті проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти формування ефективної системи
управління відновленням економіки України після завершення або припинення воєнного
стану; обґрунтовано науково-теоретичні основи удосконалення організаційно-госпо-
дарських правовідносин; визначено основні передумови та стан процесів управління
економікою у певному суспільно-історичному середовищі; узагальнено заходи щодо
удосконалення управління організаційно-господарюючими системами як в умовах вій-
ни, так і в період повоєнної відбудови економіки.
Ключові слова: організаційно-господарські правовідносини, управління, організа-
ційно-правові форми господарювання, організаційно-господарські системи, воєнний
стан.
