MODERN THEORETICAL AND LEGAL APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OF CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE AND ABROAD
Abstract
У статті досліджено теоретичні та правові підходи до визначення поняття
та сутності корупції в Україні та світі. Проаналізовано визначення корупції, яким
керуються в таких міжнародних організаціях, як ООН, Рада Європи, НАТО, ОЕСР
та Transparency International, а також у стратегічних документах США. Розглянуто
визначення корупції в українському законодавстві та науковій літературі. Наголошено
на необхідності комплексного підходу до протидії корупції, що включає правові, соці-
ально-економічні та культурні аспекти. Зроблено висновок про важливість формуван-
ня антикорупційної культури в суспільстві та розроблення диференційованих страте-
гій протидії корупції.
