THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS’ PRACTICE CONCERNING THE RESPECT OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Abstract
Проаналізовано практику Європейського суду з прав людини у справах щодо
дотримання правоохоронними органами та спеціальними службами права на життя,
права на повагу до людської гідності, права на приватність. Висвітлено окремі критерії
допустимого обмеження цих прав у законодавстві та практиці його застосування,
а також вимоги до організації діяльності цих органів. Наголошено на важливості
недопущення працівниками правоохоронних органів і спеціальних служб свавілля та
зловживань під час застосування заходів щодо забезпечення національної безпеки,
підтримання громадського порядку, протидії злочинності.
