PRETRIAL INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES BY THE INVESTIGATIVE UNITS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків
виключно підрозділами дізнання Національної поліції України. Проаналізовано основні
функції, які виконують підрозділи дізнання Національної поліції України під час
досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків. Встановлено, що одним з основних
завдань, які покладаються на підрозділи дізнання Національної поліції України, є
захист особи, суспільства та держави від кримінальних проступків. Доведено, що
функціональна спрямованість підрозділів дізнання Національної поліції України під
час досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків визначається завданнями
цих підрозділів, сформованими розпорядчими нормативно-правовими актами та
паралельно кримінально-правовими нормами, якими регламентовано провадження
кримінального проступку. Сформовано та викладено пропозиції щодо врегулювання
наявних у правових положеннях суперечливих питань щодо провадження досудового
розслідування кримінальних проступків підрозділами дізнання Національної поліції
України.
