FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PEOPLE’S COMMISSARIAT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE USSR IN THE TERRITORIES LIBERATED FROM THE NAZI OCCUPANTS IN LATE 1941 - THE FIRST HALF OF 1942
Abstract
У статті розглядаються історико-правові аспекти діяльності органів НКВС
УРСР під час німецько-радянської війни на одному із переломних етапів розвитку дер-
жави та суспільства на звільнених від німецько-нацистських окупантів територіях
наприкінці 1941 – першій половині 1942 років. На основі аналізу архівних відомчих нор-
мативних та звітних матеріалів розкриваються завдання, що ставилися перед орга-
нами системи НКВС УРСР у зв’язку зі звільненням окремих територій. Підкреслюєть-
ся актуальність вивчення та можливе використання позитивного досвіду минулого в
сучасних умовах.
