Abstract
This article is devoted to the implementation of the analysis of the status of the participants of armed conflict, the peculiarities of realization of their rights, the protection of violated rights and freedoms. Special attention should be concentrated on the problems of abuse of the law in this area, as well as the conformity of the national legislation on the protection of the human rights during armed conflict, the existing international standards.Downloads
