EUTHANASIA AND THE HUMAN RIGHT TO HEALTH PROTECTION

Abstract
The right to life and health is one of the main and inalienable human rights. Now, given the European integration, there is an increasing number of discussions and discussions about the right to euthanasia. The article covers and explores the concept, types, provision, implementation and protection of the human right to euthanasia in the human rights system for the protection of health. Data on international experience in the issues of ensuring and implementing the right to euthanasia are given, and relevant regulatory sources are analyzed. The article also discusses possible ways of developing the right to euthanasia in Ukraine, taking into account international experience.Downloads
