THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS (DIRECTIONS) OF IMPROVING THE CONCEPTUAL AND TERMINOLOGICAL APPARATUS FOR PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC RESEARCH OF PSYCHOLOGISTS WITHIN THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз базових понять та термінів, які
вживаються у процесі психологічної діагностики персоналу МВС з метою її
вдосконалення. Розглянуто науково-теоретичні підходи до формування термінів, її
понятійного апарату, за допомогою якого ця галузь психологічної науки описує свій
предмет дослідження. Показано, що мова психодіагностики становить складну,
цілісну систему, елементами якої є категорії, поняття, терміни. Сучасний стан
розвитку психодіагностики, формування перспективних теорій оцінки і вимірювання
індивідуальних особливостей зумовили необхідність уточнення її термінологічного
апарату, багатьох понять і визначень, які часто мають суперечливий характер. З
метою вдосконалення термінологічного апарату пропонуються авторські визначення
поширених дефініцій; запропоновано розрізняти поняття «якості», «риси»,
«особливості», «властивості», запровадити деякі нові терміни, а з прикладного
боку проблематики – диференціювати психодіагностичний інструментарій, який
застосовується для дослідження конституціональних, індивідуальних та особистісних
рис працівників системи МВС.
